§ 02Eligibility

By using the site or our services, you confirm you’re at least 18, or using the site under a parent or guardian’s supervision, and that you have the authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your business.

§ 03Our services

We offer both packaged and custom digital solutions, including website and e-commerce development, custom app development, AI chatbot integration, WhatsApp and Instagram automation, no-code MVP setup, and conversion optimization — along with free resources like our Starter Kit. General descriptions on the site are illustrative; specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed separately in a proposal or written agreement.

§ 04Consultation form

When you submit our Consultation Form, you agree to provide accurate information and consent to us storing it so we can respond to your inquiry. You may receive follow-up communications about your project or our services.

§ 05Quotes and payments

• Pricing depends on scope and complexity and is detailed in your personalized proposal
• A deposit is typically required to secure your project, with the balance due on completion
• We accept cards, PayPal, bank transfer, JazzCash, Google Pay, and EasyPaisa
• Agreed fees are non-negotiable once confirmed, unless both sides agree otherwise in writing
• Missed payments may pause work until settled

§ 06Client responsibilities

To keep your project on schedule, you agree to provide accurate requirements and materials promptly, respond to feedback requests in reasonable time, confirm you hold rights to any content you give us, and pay according to the agreed schedule. Delays on your end may extend the timeline accordingly.

§ 07Intellectual property

Tools, frameworks, and proprietary processes that predate or sit outside your project remain ours. Once you’ve paid in full, ownership of the final deliverables made specifically for you transfers to you — excluding third-party assets or licensed components, which stay under their original licenses. We reserve the right to showcase finished work in our portfolio unless we’ve agreed otherwise. Free resources are for your own use and may not be resold or repackaged. § 08Acceptable use

Please don’t use the site or our services unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data, upload harmful code, misrepresent your identity, or use our resources to build a directly competing offering without permission.

§ 09Third-party tools

Our work may involve platforms like Shopify, WordPress, WhatsApp Business, payment gateways, and hosting providers. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we aren’t responsible for their performance or downtime.

§ 10Disclaimers

Our services and site are provided as is. We aim for quality in everything we build, but we don’t guarantee specific business outcomes, traffic, or rankings, or that the site or any deployed project will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Client testimonials reflect individual experiences, not guaranteed results.

§ 11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Hyzon Dust isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim from a paid engagement is capped at what you paid us for that specific service.

§ 12Termination

We may suspend or end an engagement if you breach these terms, miss required payments, or act unlawfully or abusively. You may end an engagement too, subject to your specific proposal and our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.

§ 13Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as our services or legal requirements evolve. Updates appear here with a new date, and continuing to use our site or services afterward means you accept the revised terms.

§ 14Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless local law where you reside requires otherwise.
